Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Capital Markets software.
  • Experience selling BPaaS or Post Trade software solutions.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

As a Senior Sales Executive in our Post Trade Processing team, you’ll join a high-performing group of sales professionals dedicated to helping financial institutions modernize their operations. You’ll represent industry-leading solutions that are transforming how the world pays, banks, and invests.

About the Team

Our Post Trade Processing Platform (formerly Torstone) is a cutting-edge, cloud-based SaaS solution that enhances transparency and control in post-trade operations. The sales team is dynamic, fast-growing, and focused on expanding our client base across global markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, including:

  • Driving new business through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach
  • Building and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities across your territory
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans for key accounts
  • Leading client meetings and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Expanding relationships within existing accounts and identifying cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate sales activity and pipeline data in Dynamics CRM
  • Staying informed on market trends and competitor offerings
  • Promoting the full suite of FIS solutions across various delivery models (ASP, IMS, On-Premise)
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in technology solution sales within financial services, ideally across Europe
  • Familiarity with Capital Markets software
  • Experience selling BPaaS or Post Trade software solutions
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
