Deloitte T&T is looking for a top-performing Senior Sales Executive or Sales Executive to join a strategic sales team serving Deloitte Microsoft Technology Services Practice (DMTSP). You will build our client base across our Practice offerings and solutions. You'll be an essential part of our Sales team, combining excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset to uncover, nurture, and close sales opportunities while building strong relationships with sales teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies, manage the pursuit process, and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process to deliver superior solutions to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Proactively identify and qualify new DMTSP sales opportunities through networking, market research, and engagement with new & existing clients and internal teams
  • Develop and execute DMTSP demand generation strategies and programs to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Assess the viability and potential of sales opportunities, ensuring they align with DMTSP strategic goals and client needs.
  • Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to specific clients and market segments, including pricing and proposal development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key DMTSP clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Develop and manage a robust DMTSP sales pipeline, tracking progress, forecasting revenue, and identifying potential risks or roadblocks.
  • Work effectively with Deloitte Senior Leadership and external vendor teams to achieve sales targets
  • Consistently exceed sales targets for assigned offerings or accounts.
  • Negotiate favourable contract terms and successfully close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing revenue
  • Manage and mentor team members, setting and monitoring individual goals and managing team expenses.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Proven track record of selling and managing large client relationships in the technology space, specifically within the context of the Microsoft Technology
  • Experience in selling services offerings across multiple Microsoft products (Azure, Dynamics, Power Platform, M365, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to sell across diverse industries and client segments
  • A hunter mentality with the ability to build a new sales territory within a large organization and experience in leading complex sales processes.
  • Proven track record in building and managing multimillion-dollar pipeline and exceeding annual growth targets.
  • Experience selling professional consulting services characterized by long sales cycles with mid- to large-value transactions.
  • Deep understanding of technology platforms and related industries.
  • High level of Microsoft technology proficiency.
  • Proven C-suite experience; ability to gain access and influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations.
  • Ability to navigate, influence, coordinate, and collaborate within a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to craft complex client solutions, including the development of quality value propositions.
  • High proficiency in negotiation and creative deal shaping.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to travel 70%+ on average.
