Salary: £35,000 £45,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000 £55,000+)

Location: Camberley (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 from home)

As a Senior Sales Executive, you ll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that support your clients growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, online research, and networking
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and key decision‑makers
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Research market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear pipeline updates to management
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings when required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and satisfaction
About You
  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
