Senior Sales Executive – £40,000 basic + bonus – Field Based (London)
The Role

Are you a proven B2B sales professional with experience in cleaning, hygiene, or FM? Ready to take full ownership of a London territory and drive growth with a trusted, expanding supplier?

We are a well-established B2B distributor supplying cleaning and hygiene products across London. We’re looking for a motivated Senior Sales Executive to grow business through both new client acquisition and long-term account management.

You’ll be field based across London, backed by a dedicated operations and customer service team. Your focus will be on maintaining and expanding existing accounts while securing new opportunities within cleaning contractors, FM companies, hospitality venues, and schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of clients.
  • Identify and secure new business in target sectors.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to shape key account strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and reliable service.
The Person
  • Proven B2B sales experience in cleaning, hygiene, janitorial, or related sectors (essential).
  • Excellent communicator who thrives on relationship‑led selling.
  • Consistent career history demonstrating commitment and achievement.
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and confident managing your own field schedule.
  • Based in or near London with strong knowledge of local business areas.
