A leading technology firm is seeking an experienced Technical Sales professional specializing in electrical power distribution solutions. The candidate will drive sales initiatives, partner with customers to develop tailored solutions, and manage proposals and presentations. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 10 years' experience in technical sales is required. This role involves travel to customer sites and internal offices. Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of electrical distribution systems are essential.

POSITION SUMMARY
As Technical Sales for the Switchgear and Busbar systems business unit, you will be responsible for the technical support to the Sales teams. This in relation to electrical power distribution solutions which we offer to our customers. The focus is on the main electrical backbone from grid connection on medium voltage level down to the servers. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, the Sales teams, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements and are aligned with Vertiv's capabilities. The ideal candidate has a background in the design of Electrical Power Distribution solutions in the Data Center industry and has a commercial drive. Candidates with a background in other industries where large power distribution networks are common (Oil and Gas, Chemical, etc) are also strongly encouraged to apply.
