Sales Engineer – CHP / Gas Upgrading

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Senior Sales Engineer for a well-established provider of CHP and decentralised energy solutions. This role will support the continued growth of UK operations, focusing on technically led sales across CHP and power generation projects.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing sales opportunities across CHP and power generation projects
• Acting as the technical lead during the sales process, supporting feasibility studies, proposals, and bid submissions
• Working closely with engineering and project teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Supporting contract negotiations and contributing to overall sales strategy
• Identifying new market opportunities and supporting business growth within the energy sector
• Other duties as required
