What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and execute comprehensive training and onboarding programs for the Sales Team
- Create and optimize sales enablement materials to enhance sales effectiveness
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and create tailored coaching content
- Manage sales enablement platforms to streamline the sales process
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements
What is Required (Qualifications)
- BS/BA degree required
- 6+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, or related roles
- Proven track record of creating engaging and effective sales training content and programs
- Strong organizational and communication skills to drive alignment and engagement
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce CRM
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools and managing Learning Management Systems
- Strong instructional design skills with the ability to break down complex concepts
