The Senior Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating high-quality discovery meetings and early-stage pipeline for the global sales organisation, with primary focus on the UK & EMEA. This role sits at the front of the revenue engine and owns the identification, engagement, and qualification of compliance leaders at regulated financial institutions.
This is not a junior execution role. The Senior SDR is expected to operate with autonomy, strong commercial judgment, and understanding of regulatory compliance challenges. You will be involved in targeted outbound motions, convert inbound demand efficiently, and act as a trusted first point of contact for senior compliance stakeholders. You will also contribute to improving team performance through feedback, best-practice sharing, and informal coaching.
