About The Role

We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Team Leader while developing expertise across sales, administration, and customer service. This is a fast‑paced position, and your responsibilities as a Senior Sales Coordinator will include:

  • Efficiently process and service a large volume of customer orders and requests, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by responding promptly, professionally, and empathetically to enquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of every interaction.
  • Resolve escalated issues swiftly and effectively, maintaining composure under pressure and turning challenges into positive outcomes.
  • Flexibly support desk requirements, seamlessly switching between administration, sales, and customer service tasks as needed.
  • Work closely with the team leader, providing day‑to‑day support and contributing to project‑based activities that drive the business forward.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and contribute innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Order Management: Efficiently process and service a large volume of customer orders and requests, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

  • Office Software Proficiency: Confident in the use of all major office software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems), enabling efficient handling of daily tasks.
