With multiple phases underway and new releases on the horizon, you'll be at the forefront, taking ownership of leads, closing deals, and driving success in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

What You'll Do
  • Lead our sales efforts across current and upcoming phases, ensuring targets are smashed
  • Manage leads proactively, nurture client relationships, and close deals with confidence
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with premium standards
  • Keep momentum high during busy launch periods with high enquiry levels
Who You Are
  • An accomplished closer with proven off‑plan sales experience (developer background preferred)
  • Confident, proactive, and hungry for results
  • Capable of balancing sales focus with essential admin duties - but your sales skills are your superpower
  • Flexible, comfortable working on a rolling rota, including weekends (2-3 per month) with two consecutive days off
