This is an outstanding opportunity for a subject matter expert (SME) in AV and collaboration to join our dynamic team bringing specialist insight and adding tangible value by proactively engaging with end users. You will leverage strong working relationships with sales colleagues across multiple teams ensuring our solutions are not only expertly designed and delivered but also closely aligned with the evolving needs of our clients. By collaborating cross‑functionally you will help translate real‑world requirements into innovative experiences that truly make a difference for the customers we serve.

The Role
  • Lead the design, deployment and optimisation of cutting‑edge AV and collaboration solutions for clients across a diverse range of sectors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor translating customer requirements into tailored market‑leading solutions focused on enhancing workspace communication particularly within meeting room environments.
  • Work closely with internal sales, technical and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery from initial consultation through to implementation and support.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date with industry developments, new technologies and emerging trends in audio‑visual and collaboration platforms.
  • Drive customer engagement through demonstrations, presentations and hands‑on solution workshops helping clients unlock greater value from their investment.
  • Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to integrate new products, platforms and approaches that set TIEVA apart in the marketplace.
  • Support pre‑sales activities including solution scoping, proposal development and technical documentation ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction at every stage.
