Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers, stakeholders, and influencers.

Conduct consultative sales engagements, including solution presentations, product demos, and value proposition discussions.

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor outsourcing solutions that meet client needs and expectations.

Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and manage contract negotiations and renewals.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategy.
