The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding service to every client, ensuring each customer enjoys a personalized and memorable shopping experience. This role includes achieving personal sales targets, managing all steps of the sales process, and supporting the boutique team to maintain the highest standards of performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Deliver personalized experiences to VIP clients and regular customers alike.
- Organize private viewings, provide expert product advice, and create meaningful client relationships.
- Analyze sales outcomes and collaborate with management to refine strategies and action plans.
Customer Service & Relationship Building
- Ensure every client receives an exceptional experience aligned with luxury service standards.
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Handle client queries and after-sales follow-ups with care and professionalism.
Team Collaboration & Development
- Work closely with colleagues to create a supportive, high-performing team environment.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Participate actively in team training, role-plays, and onboarding of new boutique members.
- The Senior Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in maintaining a positive and motivated boutique culture.
Operations & Store Excellence
- Support stock management, quality control, and boutique presentation.
- Ensure operational standards, including cash handling and compliance, are met at all times.
- Assist management with day-to-day operations and represent the team when needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally in watches or high-end timepieces (essential).
- Fluency in Arabic is essential, as the role involves engaging with a diverse VIP clientele.
- Strong track record in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a professional, high-performing team.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury boutique.
- Passion for luxury products and a keen eye for detail in presentation and customer experience.
