The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding service to every client, ensuring each customer enjoys a personalized and memorable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets through proactive client engagement.
  • Deliver personalized experiences to VIP clients and regular customers alike.
  • Organize private viewings, provide expert product advice, and create meaningful client relationships.
  • Analyze sales outcomes and collaborate with management to refine strategies and action plans.
Customer Service & Relationship Building
  • Ensure every client receives an exceptional experience aligned with luxury service standards.
  • Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Handle client queries and after-sales follow-ups with care and professionalism.
Team Collaboration & Development
  • Work closely with colleagues to create a supportive, high-performing team environment.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Participate actively in team training, role-plays, and onboarding of new boutique members.
  • The Senior Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in maintaining a positive and motivated boutique culture.
Operations & Store Excellence
  • Support stock management, quality control, and boutique presentation.
  • Ensure operational standards, including cash handling and compliance, are met at all times.
