Primary Purpose
The Senior Sales Associate contributes to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Coach selling and Service training skills. The role requires meeting personal sales and productivity goals while delivering exceptional customer service, representing Coach as a brand ambassador and ensuring customers’ needs are exceeded.

Further Requirements
- Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and the team (oral and written), manoeuvre the sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
