A leading luxury brand in London is looking for a Senior Sales Associate to enhance customer experiences and achieve sales targets. You will welcome clients, manage relationships, and support management in a busy boutique environment. As a lead brand ambassador for Montblanc, you are responsible for welcoming clients to the boutique, introducing them to the heritage of our maison and ultimately setting an exemplarily standard of customer experience and level of performance. The existing team would welcome a co-operative colleague, who contributes in all daily operations and additional projects.
As a Senior Sales Associate, you will also be required to support the management team with additional tasks and execute managerial duties in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
