Heron Foods in Fulwood, Preston is seeking a Senior Part-Time Sales Assistant to lead a busy shop floor. The role offers 16 hours per week with a pay rate of up to £13 per hour, including enhancements when performing management duties.

You will motivate the team, maintain high standards of customer service, manage stock and deliveries, and act as a keyholder in the absence of management, including store openings and closes. Prior leadership in retail is valued.

Qualificações

• Experience leading teams in retail or hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Willingness to take ownership as a supervisor when needed.
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills.

What You'll Do:

• Supporting and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving queries effectively.
• Maintaining an impeccable store presentation with well-stocked and tidy shelves.
• Assisting with stock management and overseeing deliveries.
• Acting as a keyholder and taking responsibility for the store in the absence of management (including store openings and closes).
