Job summary

Heron Foods Limited in North Shields is hiring a Senior Part-Time Sales Assistant for our Meadowell store. You will lead a small team, support daily operations, and ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining store standards and stock levels.

The role offers 16 hours per week at up to £13 per hour, including enhancements for management duties. You’ll become a keyholder when required and play a vital part in delivering a friendly, efficient shopping experience for our customers.

• Previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality; key-holder experience is a bonus.

What You'll Do:

• Supporting and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.
