Job summary

Heron Foods in Immingham is seeking a Senior Part-Time Sales Assistant to lead the shop floor during busy periods and support daily operations. You will help motivate the team, maintain high standards of customer service, manage stock, and act as a keyholder when management is absent, including store openings and closes.

This 16-hour-per-week role offers a supportive, fast-paced environment with opportunities for development through tailored training and leadership programmes, with pay up to £13

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or hospitality preferred
• Ability to manage store in absence of management
• Strong customer service and teamwork
• Stock management and deliveries experience
• Experience as a keyholder is advantageous
