We are recruiting for a proactive Senior Sales Advisor to join a thriving team in Aylesbury (HP19 ADP).

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead generation and prospecting: identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue new customer accounts through strategic prospecting.
  • Account Management – Customer Retention & Growth: maintain and grow existing customer relationships by understanding their needs, upselling and cross‑selling solutions.
  • Onboarding & Activation: ensure new customers are successfully onboarded and activated, maximising spend potential within the first 13 weeks.
  • Margin & Share of Wallet growth: drive increased profitability by optimising margins and increasing the share of wallet from each customer.
  • Sales Process Management: manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Reporting & Feedback: provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback and market insights.
