Are you an experienced GP looking for a role that combines excellent clinical practice with the opportunity to lead, inspire and shape the future of primary care?
Barbauchlaw Medical Practice is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic senior salaried GP to join our friendly, ambitious and forward-thinking team. This is an exciting opportunity for an established GP who is looking for more than a traditional salaried role. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys working collaboratively, supports colleagues and is keen to contribute to service improvement and the ongoing development of a thriving multidisciplinary team.
Alongside the delivery of high-quality clinical care, the successful applicant will be expected to provide leadership and mentorship to colleagues where appropriate, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support the development of safe, effective and sustainable services across the practice.
This role would particularly suit clinicians who enjoy service development, mentoring colleagues and are looking for more than a typical salaried role, without partnership at present.
Situated in the heart of West Lothian we are ideal for commuters from across the central belt.
