• An experienced, qualified Social Worker with the professional registration required for the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Hold and progress complex cases in accordance with the remit of the allocated service.
• Complete and quality-assure assessments, plans, reports and statutory interventions.
• Provide professional guidance, constructive challenge and practical support to colleagues where required.
• Identify, analyse and respond to safeguarding concerns and changing levels of risk.
• Contribute to effective multi-agency planning, decision-making and service development.
• Maintain high standards of recording, accountability and timely case progression.
