GenesisCare UK is opening a brand-new Leeds centre and recruiting Senior SACT Nurses to deliver patient-centred oncology care. You will join a specialist team, manage nurse-led clinics and contribute to shaping a new service in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.

Join us to provide high-quality SACT treatments, collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues, participate in on-call and governance activities, and drive continuous improvement in cancer care at our Leeds site.

Qualifications

• NMC registered to practice as a nurse.
• Experience delivering systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT) in oncology.
• Competent in venepuncture and cannulation.
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient care skills.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality SACT treatments.
• Manage a patient caseload and run nurse-led clinics.
• Provide expert advice and support to patients and families.
• Support clinical governance, audits and service improvement.
• Participate in on-call and triage services.
• Mentor and support junior staff and students.
• Contribute to research and evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate SACT Unit shifts.
• Participate in Quality Improvement projects.

As one of six Senior SACT Nurses, you’ll be part of a specialist team delivering systemic anti-cancer therapies, while helping to build and shape a brand-new service.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring
