Job summary

Cygnet Paddocks is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our Widnes team to provide compassionate care in a neuropsychiatric rehabilitation setting. You’ll work 42 hours per week across days, nights and alternate weekends, with a structured rota to support continuity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• RMN/RNLD with a current NMC PIN.
• Experience in neuropsychiatric care preferred.
• Committed to CPD and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Produce outstanding written reports from nursing assessments.
• Develop the service with management to audit and improve quality.
• Attend all training and engage in CPD to promote nursing.
• Under NMC guidelines, ensure care plans are complete & maintained with residents and healthcare professionals.
• Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and guidelines.
• Complete on-call duties.
