Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years PQE in risk settlement or pension risk transfer, a track record of leading PRT transactions, and strong skills in building trustee and stakeholder relationships while mentoring colleagues and shaping proposals.

Oliver James is partnered with one of the biggest leading pension consultancies in the UK, specialising in Pension Risk Transfer. They're looking for a Senior Risk Settlement Consultant to join their PRT team.

As Senior Risk Settlement Consultant, you're stepping into a more senior advisory and leadership position, leading transactions, owning client/stakeholder relationships, helping win new business and playing a key role in the strategic direction and development of the team.

The ideal candidate:

• 4 years + PQE
• Experience of delivering and leading on PRT transactions
• Track record of building relationships with trustees and stakeholders
• Able to develop and implement new strategies and propositions
• Experience in mentoring and coaching colleagues
