Job summary

Radley James is seeking an experienced risk manager to own risk across multiple business lines for a tech-driven prime brokerage. You will help create, evolve, and execute risk frameworks to support global growth and maintain robust risk practices within a high-impact team central to the business.

The role requires a deep understanding of prime brokerage risk across equities and fixed income, strong communication with clients and regulators, and a solid background in financial engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in prime brokerage risk, trading risk, or related roles covering equities and fixed income
• Minimum 8 years total experience in financial services
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Financial Engineering required; Master's preferred
• Solid understanding of equity and fixed income products, including options pricing and risk measures
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and capital/margin rules
• Proficiency in Python and SQL preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients and regulators
