Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Risk Manager / Senior Risk Manager to join our Scotland-based Energy & Natural Resources team. You will lead risk management interventions across complex projects and programmes, collaborating with delivery teams and stakeholders.

You will design risk processes, coach teams, and drive improvements in data quality, assurance, and benefit realisation, while supporting change control and PMB development.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing risk across multiple projects/programmes.
• Familiarity with ISO31000, APM PRAM, Orange Book, IPA.
• Experience with QRA software and risk databases.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management interventions across diverse projects.
• Design and implement risk processes aligned with client needs.
• Coach teams and deliver risk training sessions.
• Maintain risk registers and reporting quality.
• Support contingency forecasting and change control.
