Are you a strategic compliance professional who thrives on making a real impact? We're looking for a Senior Data Privacy & Compliance Manager who will be a key player in shaping how we manage risk, protect data, and uphold regulatory standards.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the business, influencing decision-making and embedding a culture of proactive compliance. If you're someone who understands the ripple effect of your work, from boardroom decisions to operational resilience, and can confidently navigate complex challenges with clarity and authority, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What you'll be doing
  • Acting as a trusted advisor across the business, supporting the Head of Risk & Compliance and deputising for the Data Protection Officer.
  • Leading Giacom's risk management activities and ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Driving proactive compliance initiatives from privacy training and breach management to policy development and audit readiness.
  • Representing the Risk & Compliance function in senior forums and partnering with stakeholders to embed best practices.
  • Championing continuous improvement across ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and Information Security standards.
  • Supporting business continuity planning and managing insurance relationships.
Your Experience
  • Significant experience in regulatory compliance and data protection, including GDPR.
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a commercial mindset and proactive approach to risk.
  • Experience leading compliance programmes and contributing to governance frameworks.
  • Confident communicator with the credibility to represent the function at senior forums.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and business continuity planning.
