A leading insurance company is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst in London to focus on ESG and Operational Risk. This is a full-time position that involves assessments of operational risks, mentoring team members, and facilitating ESG scenario analysis. The ideal candidate will have significant experience within financial services and operational/ESG risk management, as well as strong stakeholder engagement skills.

We’re seeking a talented and driven Senior Risk Analyst to join our Risk team, with a focus on Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) and Operational Risk matters. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our approach to ESG risk, delivering insightful analysis and supporting regulatory and management reporting.
Our ideal candidate has an Operational or ESG Risk background, working within a financial services firm. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, gain exposure to senior stakeholders and make a meaningful impact on the wider business.
Please note this is a 6 to 12 Month Fixed Term Contract and is a non-IT Risk role.
As part of a collaborative Risk team, you’ll deliver clear, impactful findings and recommendations, as the trusted Risk Business Partner for ESG. You’ll also lead process improvement initiatives across different functions, with curiosity and commercial acumen, helping to shape the businesses approach to risk.
