Oxford Quantum Circuits (OQC) is building the future of quantum computing by turning lab breakthroughs into commercial reality. We’re a bold, innovative team with big ambitions and a culture of hands‑on delivery.
As a Senior RF Engineer, you’ll design RF systems, lead validation, and collaborate with hardware, cryogenic, and systems teams to enable robust quantum control and readout. You’ll mentor engineers and contribute to roadmap planning.
At OQC, we aren't just theorising about the future; we're building it. Born from a philosophy of bold innovation, we've successfully transitioned quantum computing from an academic dream into a commercial reality. The most exciting thing is that we're just getting started.
As a Senior RF Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimise the RF systems that underpin OQC's quantum computing platform. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge hardware, systems engineering, and quantum technology, you'll solve complex RF challenges that improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of our quantum computers.
You'll be a technical specialist within our Advanced Product Development team, leading the design and validation of RF and microwave solutions that enable quantum control and readout. Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, you'll take ownership of RF hardware development from concept through to deployment, helping shape the future of commercially viable quantum computing.
You will join a world-class team at the forefront of the next computational era. We offer a culture of bold innovation, the chance to work with unique lab infrastructure, and the opportunity to see your work redefine the limits of computation.
