Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Reward Consultant to lead the end-to-end compensation cycle, including salary reviews and bonuses, while delivering expert reward guidance to HR. The role also covers benefits governance, governance controls and market analysis to shape future reward models.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytics, ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience in financial services. Collaboration with HR and governance teams is essential.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience working within a Reward function as a Senior Reward Consultant.
  • Proven experience supporting annual compensation cycles, including salary review and bonus processes.
  • Benefits experience, including benefits governance, provider management and colleague communications.
  • Advanced analytical and modelling skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience delivering multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Preferably to have Financial Services Experience.

  • Support reward governance activities, ensuring appropriate controls, documentation and compliance.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging reward practices to help shape future reward and benefits solutions.
