Job summary

Cotleigh Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Revit Technician in London to lead structural model and drawing production and coordinate BIM across projects. You will work with engineers, architects and consultants to develop robust structural details and ensure BIM coordination runs smoothly with ISO 19650 standards.

You will also prepare BIM Execution Plans, support CDE management, and mentor junior technicians while participating in design team meetings and site visits as required.

Qualifications

• Strong Revit skills across new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Good understanding of BIM coordination and ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience with Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to support and supervise junior colleagues.
• A relevant technical qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of Revit models and structural drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other consultants on structural details.
• Manage BIM coordination, clash detection and model issue resolution.
• Prepare BIM Execution Plans and project documentation per ISO 19650.
• Support project teams with BIM requirements and CDE management.
• Liaise with clients and project teams on BIM matters.
• Supervise junior technicians and liaise at design team meetings.
• Attend site visits and design team meetings as required.
