GHD is seeking a Senior Technician to elevate digital delivery across multidisciplinary teams. You will lead high‑quality Revit models and buildable design information, mentor colleagues, and drive smarter modelling, coordination and information management.

Qualifications

Proficient in Autodesk Revit with ability to produce coordinated, buildable designs.
Strong understanding of BIM standards and ISO 19650 principles.
Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud for collaboration.
Ability to mentor colleagues and improve digital delivery workflows.
Knowledge of Civil 3D and water projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of high‑quality Revit models, drawings and digital design information across projects.
Support multidisciplinary teams by turning technical input into clear, coordinated documentation.
Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
Utilise Autodesk Construction Cloud and data environments for efficient collaboration.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to manage priorities and information gaps.
Mentor junior technicians to build team capability.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and embed best practices.
