Calibre Search is representing a well-established multidisciplinary design practice in South Manchester seeking a Senior Revit Technician / BIM Coordinator. The role offers hybrid working and exposure to a diverse project portfolio across residential, commercial, education and more.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Experience producing technical drawings and detailed models.
• An understanding of BIM processes and multidisciplinary coordination.
• The ability to work across multiple projects and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Producing and developing detailed 3D models and technical drawings using Revit.
• Supporting BIM coordination across a variety of projects.
• Working collaboratively with architects, engineers and other design professionals.
• Coordinating information between different disciplines and resolving design clashes.
• Producing detailed construction information and technical documentation.
• Working across multiple projects and design teams as required.
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of BIM standards and processes.
