Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking a Senior Revit Technician in the Bradford outskirts to join the building structures team on a full-time basis. You will oversee and lead a small team, delivering high-value work with uncompromised quality.

Applicants should have extensive Revit and AutoCAD experience and the ability to produce and supervise coordinated 3D BIM models, ensuring compliance with current standards. A background in concrete, steel and masonry is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Extensive Revit/AutoCAD experience with strong BIM capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality in structural modelling.

Senior Revit Technician

Based on the outskirts of Bradford, our client has a family feel about them and have maintained strong working relationships over decades of successful project delivery.

They are seeking a senior Revit technician to join their building structures team on a full time permanent basis. You will oversee and lead a small team, being responsible for consistently delivering great value with no compromise to quality.

Sector experience should include residential, industrial and commercial, as our client works across the UK and enjoys an excellent reputation which allows for repeat business.

At senior level you will be able to demonstrate extensive Revit and AutoCAD experience and will possess the ability to produce and supervise coordinated 3D BIM models, ensuring modelling and draughting of structures comply with current design standards. Experience using concrete, steel and masonry would be an advantage.

The team does have regular social events, so it isn't all just work!
