A leading hotel management company is seeking an Assistant Director of Revenue to develop and execute revenue strategies across a portfolio of hotels. The role involves analyzing performance, managing distribution channels, and supporting analytics across properties. Successful candidates will have cluster revenue management experience and strong analytical skills. This position offers a hybrid working model with travel flexibility and a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000. Qualifications

  • Must have experience in a cluster/regional revenue role and comfortable to manage 20+ properties.
  • Experience with both branded and independent properties is highly beneficial.
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute revenue strategies across all hotels.
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports to support budgeting processes.
  • Manage channel mix and inventory controls across various platforms.
  • Support effective use of RMS, PMS, and reporting tools.
  • Act as a liaison between Hotels and the Director of Revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with brand revenue management standards.
