  • 2+ years of experience in a Retention/CRM Manager role within the iGaming industry;

  • Excellent understanding of the specifics of gambling: engagement mechanics, player motivation, and regulatory constraints.

  • Develop and execute retention strategies across Tier 1 markets;
  • Optimize user lifecycle communications: onboarding, reactivation, loyalty, and churn prevention;
  • Launch A/B test and find the best offers and triggers for users;
  • Monitor and improve core retention metrics (Retention Rate, ARPU, ARPC);
  • Collaboration with other teams (Product, CM, Support, Creative) to comprehensively implement tools;
  • Ongoing competitor and industry trend monitoring in the online casino space.
