Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months experience in Independent Business Reviews in Corporate Recovery.
• Proven experience in a similar role with understanding of insolvency and restructuring.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to creditors on financing risks through Independent Business Reviews.
• Advise distressed companies on restructuring and recovery.
• Help improve cash flow for underperforming businesses.
• Conduct technical research and draft advisory reports.
• Mentor and lead junior professionals, oversee workloads and performance.
