This varied role offers the opportunity to utilise a wide range of clinical skills while contributing to the ongoing development of an innovative and expanding service.

We have bases across Leeds and offer flexible shift patterns between 7am and 6pm, seven days a week. In return, we offer a supportive team environment, personalised development opportunities and a clear career progression pathway.

Main duties of the job

As a Senior Nurse within the Neighbourhood Response Team, you will provide rapid assessment, intervention and treatment to patients within 0-2 hour, 2-4 hour and 4-48 hour response timeframes, helping to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and support timely discharge from hospital.
