A leading construction company in the UK is looking for a Senior Resource Coordinator to oversee onboarding, training, and resource management for the Net Zero Teesside project. This role will collaborate across teams to ensure a cohesive and inclusive work environment, while supporting the development of high-performing teams. Balfour Beatty is seeking a dynamic Senior Resource Coordinator to contribute to the Net Zero Teesside (NZT) project based at our site in Redcar and Cleveland.
The role will be part of our People, Comms and Social Impact Team and lead coordination across the team in key areas. This role will lead on key aspects of our people plan for the NZT-NEP Power Project. The People (Resource) Coordinator will lead on our employee onboarding, training & development and inclusion on the project.
General and Task Management
Experience of mobilisation phases of a project is preferred
The ideal candidate will have a multi-discipline skill-set and be used to tacking on ad-hoc tasks and projects to deliver various initiatives across the lifecycle of the project.
