Job summary

Elmdale Care Ltd is seeking a senior residential childcare worker in the Leicester area to support children and mentor colleagues. You will take on additional responsibilities to ensure care routines stay consistent and effective, while promoting safety and wellbeing.

In this role, you will lead by example, manage challenging situations calmly, and work closely with the team to plan and deliver high-quality care for children and young people in residential settings.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards).
• Experience working with children and young people in residential care.
• Ability to manage challenging situations calmly.
