Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join their team and help shape brighter futures for the children in our care. What You'll Be Doing
  • Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with children and young people, supporting them to develop confidence, independence, and self‑worth.
  • Lead shifts and oversee day‑to‑day operations within the home, ensuring care plans, risk assessments, and routines are followed.
  • Provide guidance, supervision, and support to Residential Support Workers.
  • Promote and support education, personal development, and emotional wellbeing for all children.
  • Safeguard and advocate for the children at all times, ensuring their safety and welfare are the top priority.
  • Support the management team by contributing to staff rotas, policies, and reviews.
What We're Looking For
  • Is 22 years or older
  • Holds a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)
  • Has at least 2 years' experience in residential childcare
  • Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and safeguarding awareness

It is imperative that you have a full UK driving licence.
