Job summary

A child focused and therapeutic provider in Molesey is seeking a Team Leader to support young people from traumatic backgrounds. The role involves leading staff, managing care plans, and conducting assessments. Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare or Health and Social Care and at least a year of relevant experience in social care.   • Experience working within children and young people is ideal

  • A passion for supporting children and young people

  • Strong communication and IT skills

  • Driver with a clean license
