A children's care provider in Henfield is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to supervise residential staff and provide care to young people. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 Diploma and have at least 2 years of experience in residential childcare. This role offers flexible working patterns and opportunities for progression and training.

Salary: £32,690 - £35,792
Working Hours: Flexible working patterns
Pay Per Sleep: £50
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs in need of high levels of supervision and support
Home; Number of Beds: 4
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce
Experience in Years: Minimum 2 years in Residential Childcare
