Join my client\'s dedicated team at a specialist children\'s home in Folkestone, supporting young people with learning disabilities to grow in confidence, develop independence, and achieve brighter futures.

The Role

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you\'ll play a key part in delivering high-quality care and supporting both staff and young people to thrive.

You Will
  • Provide tailored, person-centred care and daily support
  • Encourage positive routines, independence, and life skills
  • Lead shifts and support colleagues to maintain a safe, nurturing environment
  • Build meaningful relationships that promote trust and emotional wellbeing
