Compensation:
  • Managerial & On-Shift Time: 40 hours/week or 173 hours/month. Overtime paid.
  • Sleeps: 6 per month, at £50 each.
  • Base Salary: £26,208 to £27,664
  • Additional Pay: £250 on completing in-house Therapeutic Training.

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, or at least 60% course completion.

  • License: Valid driving license.
