Job summary

Oculus Legal Group is exclusively assisting a highly respected Scottish law firm with the appointment of a Residential Conveyancing Senior Solicitor or Associate. Joining the firm's expanding Residential Property team, you will handle a broad range of property transactions, manage a busy caseload and advise clients and intermediaries throughout transactions.

This role requires Scottish qualification and 2–6 years PQE, with a strong focus on client communication, meticulous attention to detail

Qualifications

• Scottish-qualified legal professional with experience in residential conveyancing.
• 2-6 years PQE.
• Strong client communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of property transactions (sales, purchases, re-mortgages).
• Manage a busy caseload while delivering first-class client service.
• Advise and liaise with clients and intermediaries throughout transactions.
