Newstaff Employment Service is recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Team Leader on behalf of our client, a prestigious firm of Solicitors based in Leicester.

The areas of practice covered in this role is Private Client, Contentious Probate and Childcare.

This is an exciting opportunity to ultimately grow and manage your own team from one initial person in the Leicester office, to several team members.

Essential Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years post qualified experience is required
  • Must have proven experience of working within a busy residential property team and dealing with a varied caseload including
  • Sale and purchase (including leasehold and new build)
  • Re-mortgage
  • Equity release
  • Transfer of equity
The Person
  • You must be confident in developing and managing relationships with both clients and referrers.
  • IT literate and committed with a previous working knowledge of using case management systems.
  • Excellent business development skills are essential, as well as strong organisation and compliance skills.
  • Experience in managing a team is essential, together with an ability to work with minimal supervision.

Full time permanent role

Salary: From £38,000 pa to £50,000 pa (negotiable) depending on experience + Benefits
