Job summary

VG Charles & Co in Shropshire seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to manage their own caseload and contribute to a reputable property team. The role offers hybrid working and career progression.

You will handle freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build deals while maintaining a high standard of client service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.
• At least 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Advise clients throughout each stage of the transaction.
• Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Deal with new-build property transactions; advise on shared ownership and Right to Buy.
