Qualifications

• Experience handling residential conveyancing from instruction through to completion.
• Experience with freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own full caseload of residential conveyancing from instruction through to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and title checks.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, agents and other solicitors; review contracts and enquiries.
• Ensure transactions progress to exchange and completion with a high standard of service.
