Job summary

Oculus Legal Group in Bristol is seeking a Senior level Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded team. The role offers exposure to a broad range of residential matters in a collaborative, down-to-earth culture.

You will handle Freehold & leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, transfers of equity, mortgage work and related post-completion tasks, with a focus on quality client care and efficient file progression in a busy but supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Possess prior residential conveyancing experience
• Excellent client management skills
• Ability to manage simultaneous residential files
• Accomplished administration skills
• Be a team player
• Enjoy working in a busy environment
• Ability to prepare completion statements, stamp duty land tax forms and dealing with post-completion matters through to registration of title
• Keeping up to date with developments in residential property law

Responsibilities

• Handle residential conveyancing matters across a broad remit.
• Collaborate with a senior team in a busy Bristol practice.
• Progress files efficiently from instruction to completion and registration.
• Prepare and review completion statements and related SDLT forms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of residential property law developments.
